The story is about Bo, a girl who finds something on the beach, which seems normal, but as the story develops, it becomes apparent that all is not as it seems. I liked her curiosity and perseverance while unsure about what it was. The descriptions of the sea and the beach were vivid. It made me want to go exploring and see what treasures I could find! Beneath the surface, the story isn't just about finding an object but how some people will go to whatever lengths to get what they want, not wondering about how it may affect the others. II's easy reading, but it stays in your mind afterwards. I would recommend it to anyone who likes mystery and fantasy.
